Whether delivering high-speed rail systems, designing urban infrastructure or supporting adaptation to climate change risks, WSP is committed to finding sustainable solutions to the challenges the future will bring.

This commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) has earned WSP inclusion in S&P Global’s Sustainability Yearbook. WSP's ESG score places the company in the top 10 per cent of the industry's top-performers.

"ESG is a force that drives everything we do," reinforces WSP.

World's leading companies in sustainable practices

S&P Global’s Sustainability Yearbook features the world’s leading companies based on their sustainable business practices. The Sustainability Yearbook aims to distinguish those companies within their industries that have each demonstrated strengths in corporate sustainability.

The Sustainability Yearbook considered over 7,800 companies assessed in the Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA). Only 708 top performing companies, including WSP, made it into the Yearbook.

Forefront of the green transition

WSP aims to be at the forefront of the transition to a more equitable, inclusive and low-carbon world. WSP has a firm commitment to sustainability and ESG matters, both in its own activities and in the work the company undertake for clients.

"We see the future more clearly and design for it today," attests WSP.

WSP's advisory and design services are Future Ready®, sustainable, and resilient. As WSP strives to ensure its clients achieve their business goals, the company also contributes to advancing the green transition.

"As one of the world’s largest environmental consulting firms, we will continue to play a pivotal role in achieving a sustainable, equitable and prosperous future for our employees, clients and communities, to keep improving our organization, as much as the world we live in," commented WSP ESG Global Executive Director, André-Martin Bouchard.
