Lesli has years of experience across talent and rewards within both consulting and industry.

Her areas of expertise include broad-based compensation and rewards, business transformation, career development and pathing, leadership development, manager capability, performance management, including rating-less approaches, succession planning, talent management and talent strategy, and work and job architecture.

A people-focused career path

Before joining WTW, Lesli served as Director of Leadership & Development for Baxter Healthcare Corporation where she led the global Leadership & Development Center of Expertise. Lesli also led talent management and cultural transformation for Baxter’s global manufacturing organization.

Prior to her time at Baxter, Lesli served as Assistant Vice President of Talent & Rewards for the University of Chicago, overseeing talent acquisition, leadership and professional development, talent and performance management, executive succession planning, and executive and broad-based compensation.

Before joining the University of Chicago, Lesli served as a Senior Consultant with WTW's Rewards, Talent & Communications practice in Chicago, where she focused on broad-based rewards, career pathing and career development, global job leveling and architecture, performance management, and talent strategy and talent management program design.

Taking her experience to the community 

Lesli holds a B.S. from Northern Illinois University and she earned an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Lesli is actively involved in her local community and local non-profit organizations, including Cara which helps people affected by poverty to obtain quality jobs that help rebuild hope and provide opportunity.

Lesli resides in Chicago with her husband and three children.
