Caterpillar VP shares advice with future women leaders

Caterpillar’s Global Government and Corporate Affairs Vice President Kathryn Karol shares three pieces of advice with the next generation of girl leaders at the 2018 Girl Up Leadership Summit.

"Did you know there are an estimated 130 million girls not in school?" says Kathryn. "Yet, it’s a fact that when the number of girls attending school increases by 10 percent, gross domestic product (GDP) increases by three percent."

Supporting the UN's Girl Up Leadership Summit
