Capgemini recognises that the transition from a career break back into the workplace can be challenging. The Relaunch@Capgemini programme helps to support talented professionals into the organisation and the tech sector.

Capgemini Women Returners

The Relaunch@Capgemini programme offers a paid placement of 6 months, with the possibility of a permanent role at the end of the programme, to talented professionals who have been on a career break for 18 months or more. 

Shortlisted as Best for Returners in the WM People Top Employer Awards 2022, the programme provides meaningful experience, a tailored individual development programme, mentoring and coaching support, and access to an established community of returners.
