To mark International Women in Engineering Day (INWED), Spirax-Sarco Engineering shared a series of videos to inspire and celebrate women engineers.

In addition to women engineers from within Spirax Sarco Engineering, male employees also demonstrated their support for International Women in Engineering Day.  


A message from the Spirax Sarco China team

Women engineers working within Spirax-Sarco Engineering's China team described how they play an inportant role in helping to shape the world through their work.

"I support women in engineering by actively driving our group to attract, recruit, develop and retain more women," says Nicholas.

Managing Director of Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Group, Andrew Mines

"I support women in engineering by encouraging an inclusive work environment. My goal is to be a role model in leadership and be a member of a team that makes the most of the unique perspectives, skills, experiences and backgrounds of a diverse team," explains Andrew.
