Annette Clayton, Executive Vice-President, North America Operations

Annette Clayton SE

Annette is one of the most senior female execs in the energy industry. She has held impressive leadership positions at Schneider Electric: as Executive Vice President in Hong Kong Kong and head of sales and operations in India. Annette is also a member of the board of directors of Polaris Industries and is an executive advisory board member for SCM World.

Annette's mission is to encourage more women into the energy industry.

Chris is one of the Schneider Electric's successful female leaders and has been named by Forbes Magazine as one of the world’s Most Influential Chief Marketing Officers. Chris was involved in bringing Schneider Electric to the fore of the energy industry.

Christel Heydemann, Executive Vice-President, France Operations

Christel joined Schneider Electric in 2014 as Strategic Alliances Vice President with the mission of accelerating, launching and promoting IoT solutions through the development of strong partner network, before being appointed in 2016 Corporate Strategy & Alliances Senior Vice President.

Barbara Frei, Executive Vice-President, Europe Operations

Barbara has been a leader of multiple different companies.Previously she was Head-Strategic Portfolio Reviews at Schneider Electric SE and President for Schneider Electric Schweiz AG (a subsidiary of Schneider Electric SE).
