AECOM appoints Shelly Sipes as Global Program Digital Leader

AECOM has appointed a new leader to its Global Program Management business. Shelly Sipes will serve as Vice President, Global Program Digital Leader.

Shelly's colleague ,Christopher Reynolds, has also been appointed and will serve as Senior Vice President, Global Program Management Practice & Capabilities.

“Growing our global Program Management leadership team with the industry’s top talent is bringing us the capabilities to enhance our performance and create efficiency around how we deliver innovative solutions to our clients,” said Drew Jeter, AECOM’s global Program Management chief executive. “Shelly and Christopher have both made significant contributions to the industry through their incredible work, and I’m excited for them to bring their expertise to the team.”

Decades of digital experience 

Shelly brings decades of digital experience to her new role in developing innovative solutions around program management. She has contributed her expertise to notable projects with the Salt Lake City Department of Public Utilities, the New Parkland Hospital Campus in Dallas, Texas, and classified programs with the U.S Air Force.

In her job, Shelly is collaborating across the Program Management team to design, develop, and implement innovative business intelligence tools and systems for major programs, while identifying and creating effective digital solutions.
