To be awarded the B Corporation certification, Sipsmith underwent a rigorous assessment of its impact on employees, customers, community, and the environment. Although it is just the beginning of their sustainability journey, receiving this accreditation emphasizes the brand’s long-term commitment to social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.
Sipsmith seeks to provide a safe environment for its employees to share their opinions openly. Its diversity and inclusion ambition is to be a beacon for diversity within its local area.
