"Sending a huge thank you to our friends at WTW Bermuda who came out today for their Corporate Day of Community Service. You were absolutely amazing and got so much done! We appreciate you all," commented the WindReach Bermuda charity.

Enriching the quality of life for people with special needs

WTW Corporate Day of Community Service

The WindReach charity exists to enrich the quality of life for people with special needs. It has a vision to build an environment in Bermuda where all members of the community can participate in, and enjoy, the activities of society.

WindReach is a fully-accessible four acre facility located in Warwick Parish, Bermuda, featuring a multi-purpose Activity Centre, Animal Zone, Therapeutic Riding Centee, and a fully-accessible playground.

The unique setting offers a variety of therapeutic and educational experiences for people with varying physical and intellectual abilities. The charity has on average 200 participants benefiting from its programs on a weekly basis. Participants range in age from preschoolers through to our older adult community.

Caring about and reinvesting in community

WTW philanthropy

WTW recognizes that a big part of being a good corporate citizen is caring about its communities and taking steps to help reinvest in and strengthen them now and for the future.

WTW philanthropy outlets include:

  • Business and office giving: Our local business leaders are empowered to support charities.

  • Matching gifts: We match the donations of individual colleagues up to $2,500 cumulatively per year to charitable causes.

  • Volunteer day: We support colleagues who donate their time and talent by offering one paid day per calendar year for volunteering with an organization that supports and enhances our communities.

  • Colleagues share how they are making a difference in their communities through a forum on our company intranet
