Meet Aurore, a Quality Machining Coordinator working at John Deere in its engine factory in Saran in France.

"I arrived at John Deere as a young graduate, after studying mechanics. I discovered new universes that could be thought of as more masculine, but I always found my place. You have to have confidence in your skills," explains Aurore.
